Topraisar is a commune in the Constanţa County, Romania.

The commune includes four villages:[1]

Topraisar was the site of two battles in 1916 during World War I: the First and Second Battle of Cobadin .

Etymology

The name of the commune is of Turkish origin, with the meaning of "Earth/Clay Fortress"[2][3]
